I got two plans for $20 each per month. But they overcharged me another $21. I wasn’t happy with the services. So I canceled the both plans but they overcharged me $21. So I need my overcharged $21 back. How I get my money back ?

Sorry my bad, there was two separate emails for both accounts. But both plans are canceled before renewal.

it won't be same email for 2 accounts. PM system only allows one email for one account, so you much have another email for 2nd account
PM is no refund as it is prepaid. But if you like, you can try to ask support agent. If the service never work, they might allow refund, but if simply you do not like the service, then sorry, no refund on that

It’s a same email for two accounts. I cancelled both accounts before renewal.

Did you unsubscribe each account with the 2 different email login?

Public Mobile is a prepaid service. You will have to contact a CS Agent for help on that.
