I closed out my public mobile account and had my number ported out on June 25,2024, a day before my next billing date, but was charged for my next billing period starting June 26. I am requesting to be reimbursed for this payment

this is the community made up from customers. You need to ask PM by open ticket. Use the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type Submit ticket as question then select Contact Us to open the ticket open window

@Shannio , the payment system starts the process the evening before, so that might be why you were charged. In any event use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
