I changed my plan then u guys took both out of my account and iam sitting on the side of the road in Saskatoon with no gas .. this is awefull and not being able to call is not good I have been waiting hours

Unfortunately pm does not have live agents just messaging. You can send them a message at the link below. To discuss your account.
When making plan changes there is a warning provided indicating of the immediate charge to the plan change. So yes, it would charge right away for the new plan selected even if your plan had renewed the same day. There would be no refund or pro rating done.
I do hope you get someone to help and you get home soon.

I said change now when I was due and it took 42.50 and 68.25 and now Ian’s ruck in the side of the road in Saskatoon and live in Edmonton .. not happy at all

@Racheltwain what option did you use when you make the plan change, Change Now or Change on Renewal?
If you picked Change Now , it is normal PM will charge you the new plan account immediately and start the new plan
So, you have no voice service 9r no service at all?? did you try reboot the phone??
