Hello,
I paid my phone bill for the month which is $16.95, then I come to find out I got an additional charge for $5.65.
Why did this happen and cannot get my money back?

Did you happen to purchase a $5 Add-on for extra data or extra talking minutes?

@Red1994 Did you just join PM on then$15 plan ? Could the extra $5.65 be the sim ?
