At the end of my billing cycle I changed my subscription. Then I was billed for my old subscription and new one. How do I get a refund for one if them

Both payments came out at same time seems a little stupid one won’t be refunded. Since the billing cycle was over and it was changed at the end of cycle or at least credit it to my account

if you made a plan change on the renewal date, after the renewal of the original plan, although by policy, they won't issue refund, we have seen PM support agent being nice and willing to work out something

I don’t get how they can charge for two subscriptions and I only get one I tried to submit a ticket though chat bot and have yet to be contacted

Yeah, you don't get refund for that. They don't pro rate or credit any unused portion. 

But I guess it doesn't hurt to ask them. You'd need to submit a ticket through the chatbot. 

Next time if you need to change subscription, use option for on Renewal.
