I have been overcharge and bill has increased. How do I get a refund on the over charged bill? Cheers

Was the double charge shown on your CC statement or on your account?

If it is on your account, make sure they are both top-ups and not indicating your current plan.

If it is on your CC statement bill, contact a CS_Agent by private messaging for a credit on your account for next month’s bill at:
