@Taniaguzman you decided to leave? why charged and not using the service
PM is prepaid provider and will not provide refund.
If you just decide to not use the serve, or leave PM, you need to disable the Pre-authorized payments
If you just meant bought the the wrong add-on , then PM might be able to reverse the transaction and leave the money on your account for future renewal
If they did charge you twice by mistake (as you said overcharged on your subject line), you can discuss with PM support via opening a ticket with them:
