I was charged $42.00 on July 04 2024 then $35.70 on July 12 2024 then again on July 13 2024 $35.70. Why was I double billed on my credit card on both July 12 and July 13th?

you only have one account with PM and no other family members use your credit card for another PM account?
and did you try to make plan change on July 12th and 13th?
did you check PM's My Account? Check payment history page and see if all these transactions showing there
