I paid my subscription (auto pay) as usual on the 12th. On the 14th I was reviewing my plan and decided to change it. I opted for "change at next renewal date" but was charged immediately. @CS_Agent
PM is on a 30 days cycle so it won’t fall on the 12th of each month so check your account when your renewal date ends.
Best to private message a CS_Agent to investigate on the switch plan renewal date.
@JMM1 with what you described, you likely had chosen Change Now option by mistake , but you can message support and confirm
