Hello, I have a Public Mobile plan that currently states that I have used 71 of 100 available minutes for outgoing calls, yet it will not let me make outgoing calls, saying 'Talk is not included in your plan. Any advice?

Hi @aaronlbower log in your self serve account https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

and check your Data and Add-ons.  If a feature is not listed there, it may have been fully consumed and no longer available for use.  It is pretty accurate.

Log out and clear cache/site cookies or try a different browser. The counter should be pretty much immediate.

If you still have minutes then maybe try dialing with a 1 in front.

Although some of these messages can be misleading.

@aaronlbower hello try putting phone in airplane mode for 2 minutes then reboot also put a 1 in front of number

@aaronlbower hi sometimes that lags behind you may be out of minutes there is a 5 dollar 500 minutes add on also don't forget about the free holiday giveaway for 500 minutes free long distance and free 2gig data
