Hi

My Outgoing calls suddenly stopped working

I'm still getting incoming calls and texts in / Out

But Outgoing calls are not working

any help?

@ChaimLerner did manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings do anything?

 

Check for outages in your area:

Perhaps perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.

Iphone:

To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.

Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.

android:

Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

 

If no other troubleshooting is working, contact CSA by methods provided by other members/customers already.

if not, please open ticket with cs agent

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

hi @ChaimLerner there are many posts about voice problem in the last 2 days, but most have trouble with both inbound and outbound minutes.

 

Try reboot your phone.  Try to Reset All network and check if it works

@ChaimLerner are you on $15 plan with limited minutes??

 

 And is  that really just outgoing calls with the problem?  are incoming calls working?

 

There have been issue since yesterday for some people with both incoming and outgoing calls. 

 

If it is just outgoing calls with issue, try to reboot the phone once.  If still fail, try to change to 3G only and see if it connects to the network at all with such settings

 

If both incoming and outgoing calls are not working, I suggest you to open a ticket with PM support and let them aware you are one of those, too
