Outbound caller id issue

Hi, when I call someone my number doesn’t show up, it shows private caller. 
pls help

It doesn’t work, I was with PM before and recently I have came back to PM. It was fine working, it’s not a big deal but lots people don’t answer private numbers these days! Just curious if this can be fixed.

Try dialing *31# before the phone number when next trying to make a call.

When a receiving caller blocks a specific number from calling, it wouldn't cause the nubmer to come up as blank when the number calls.  The call just wouldn't come through.

I tried to call my landline it’s not showing my number but use to be.
