I called rogers n got a unlock code when I summit the code it doesn't take I repeat n still nothing.. Any suggestions

I'd recommend contacting your previous provider (Rogers) just like @popping suggested.
It is their responsibility and their technical support is there to help.

Contact Rogers again for the unlock code just in case they send you a wrong code.
