Ordering Pre-Paid Phone + Sim

Hi guys,

If I ordered one of the prepaid phones and sim cards from Public, how long does it take to arrive? I'm in Toronto. 

Also, for the 30-day return policy, can we return it for any reason?

@Winning247 - Th 30 day return should start when you receive it. And I believe you can return it without much reason within that 30 days.

If it takes longer that expected to arrive, submit a ticket with Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

You can decided to return the phone within 30 days for reason such as not be happy with it or simply because you changed your mind.  As for arrival time, it may arrive as soon as the next business day.  Unfortunaely, Public Mobile often fails to communicate the shipment status with customers and my expereiences have been that no signature will be required and that shipping companies often leave packages out in plain view.
