I do not longer need such order because the service of publicphone does not offer service in Mexico.

if you've already ordered the sim...just save it and gift it to a friend who might wanna save $$ on their cell plan in Canada.
For use in Mexico, consider getting a TelCel sim and a cheap calling plan...I had a plan that cost under $20 Cdn / 30 days with Unlimited Mx, US  and Canada talk/text and 3 Gb's of data.
