I ordered a physical SIM card but after I made the payment it said there was a problem with processing. It charged me for the SIM card but it wasn't sent to me. What do I do? I seem to be sent in circles with the chat box and it keeps giving me an error when I want to send a private message to Public Mobile.

Doesn't work for me living in a remote town of 1,500 people, with the nearest Public Mobile kiosk being three hours drive away. It's interesting that people getting paid nothing are happy to respond to inquiries here but the customer service reps are notably silent, for days.

@RamsayMcKee I asked the same question! They told me the alternative is to buy/pick up from a kiosk.

Then why even have the option to order a physical SIM through them? What happens if I don't want to order it through ScAmazon?

@RamsayMcKee CS Agent credited my account, and informed me to order on Amazon. It appears they don’t accept SIM orders anymore, all go through Amazon. Once an Agent get to your ticket, it’s likely they’ll credit you too.

I had the exact same issue. Two days since I submitted a support ticket request to CS_support but no resolution. Will be contacting my credit card company to do a chargeback soon - seems like this is Public Mobile's standard approach to requesting a physical SIM card.

Did you receive the SIM card? I too placed an order in the app, payment was successful but order not processed. Support agent said they don’t have access to online orders, when the message clearly states to contact support.

Did you type in “Submit a Ticket” then Contact on Chatbot?
