Orchard phones?

Hi, has anyone actually bought a refreshed phone from Orchard? Can someone tell me the quality of their phones and are they reliable?

I've sold a number of phones to Orchard and they are always prompt with their payment. I believe what you see is what you get and they seem to be upfront about the specific phone you're looking at. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them.
