How can I check my ticket status?
I opened a ticket 4 days ago and still no answer or solution!!!

If its been four days you need to open a new ticket or send a private message. If you tell us your issue we may be able to solve it if not we can probably speed up the resolution of your issue with the moderators.

@Yuval1983 Very unusual that it has taken this long. Go into your messages, check inbox for reply, then click on "sent", is there a copy of your ticket there? I would resubmit if I were you. Maybe try direct message through link below:

Check envelope icon in top right hand corner for a reply. Check your inbox. Reply back if there is something there or open a new ticket.
