Maybe cell tower is malfunctioning? Maybe web site does not like something with connection? Who knows. Do not blame PM for louse Internet.
I had issue at the store where I could not reach web site with flyers even though EVERYTH(NG else was working so had to run to Tim Hortons get access through WiFi and run back with page showing whatever I was had to show to cashier...
Internet is not perfect and not PM either.
