I've been getting a large number of complaints from people about this issue. I can call local numbers, send and recieve SMS and recieve local calls if the caller pays long distance charges regardless on a number of different carries. I'm not sure why I can't recieve local calls. Even land lines originating from the same appartment building I live in, and have my account registered to, cannot call me. Any thoughts on resolving this issue would be a tremendous help. Thanks 🙂

Hey @Danger
Shazia is actually not in today. If you sent her a message, she will get back to you on Sunday.
You can also send me the same information and I'll look into it for you.
Cheers,
Mary

Thanks for your reply :). No, the number is not from a different provice. There are however two local area codes in my area 778 and 604. I'm not sure if this would cause these issue. I have two PM phone numbers with 778 area codes but only one of them experiences the issue.

Hey @Danger,
I'm sorry to hear about your calling issue,
Can you please send me a private message with your Public Mobile phone number?
Also, if you could include some of the phone numbers that are unable to call you, then that would be great.
Thanks,
Shazia

is your phone area code different than where you are?
Some people keep their phone number from x province. Move to y province. If you only have province wide then what you are experiencing is the conditions of that.
To receive calls from X your number area code needs to be of X, not Y.
If you are on the nation wide then you should have no issues regardless (that's what I am on just for parents in the east coast).
