Yes, there are different countries listed on different addons.

Due to the OP explaining what it sounds like they have I presumed they were talking about I the Christmas 2021  freebies as per the announcement found here:

Yes, the bonus is listed like your screenshot. I do need to use it for Vietnam, but it's not on the list.

This one was given to customers by PM in xmas 2021; it covers:

International Long Distance calling add-on covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.

Calls must originate from Canada.

There are never ever overages here to try calling to any location; the call just won't go through it the service is not available; so never any harm in trying. Some members have had success though calling other locations that may not be listed above.

Hi, it can be used to complete long distance calls that are not covered by your plan.  If you are on the $15 plan and use up your 100 minutes of calling the bonus will be used to complete your calls until your plan refreshes.  The bonus does not expire until all the minutes are used up.
