Hi,
My account has been suspended even though I'm on autopay. I checked my bank account online, and it shows I was charged. On the Public Mobile website it says to disregard the message if I'm on autpopay, so when can I expect my service to resume? Or is any action needed on my part.

Sorry for you it can happened...you can reach the moderator here...https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain what happened. The waiting time is few hours to 2 days..

@SaraE Is your phone working? If it is, just ignore the message.
