I ported my number from Fido to PM.
Both of my Sim cards are working, what should I do?

It has been more than 24 hours and the old sim is still working. What is the number to call?

@ootphr You are already in the queue if you followed this procedure: Contact moderators. The backlog is such that it may be a few more days before you have a response. Suggest you create a way to cope with that delay.

Please restart your device and continue using public mobile, after 24 hrs if you still see fido working you can please give them a call and Inform the same.

Have you actually confirmed that your Public Mobile sim works 100%? Like tested that you can make and receive calls and send texts and receive texts?

Porting takes from few mins to few hours. If you provided correct info, allow some time to go through. When your fido sim stops working, that means porting was complete.
