It's unforutnate that Public Mobile customers had to go directly to Telus to find an answer. I believe that this is something that should have been on the homepage for Telus, Koodo, and Public.

Appears to be working in SK as of 4:06PM CST so maybe OK now in Alberta as well (3:06PM MST)

Thank you for providing this. This is the first acknowledgement of it from Telus. I had seen them tweet that they immediately fixed it, but that was obviously wrong.
