Hello @RMWH 

All text messaged offers are "Targeted" offers. Not everyone will get them. Best you can do is log into your app on the phone, go to Manage Subscription and see what offers are there. There may be something better you'll like.

That is a targetted offer. If you don't get it, you go have no access to it
