I have been trying to contact public mobile for the last hour because my SIM is locked and my pin won’t work so it is telling me I need a PUK to enter my pin. I have still not been able to talk to an actual person, and I have no service or data, so I’ve already missed an event I was supposed to get to half an hour ago.

Yeah, I’ve submitted a ticket and I’ve been waiting for a response for over an hour, it’s just quite annoying that there’s no phone line or any way to quickly chat with support.
