I am not receiving the OTP code to confirm my identity …not receiving any texts or calls & cannot call out either …help!

Can you log in to your account? Does it say your service is Active?

you cannot even call out? do you see the phone connected to PM network?
try to reboot the phone, and try click Reset All Networks and see if it connects and able to make calls
Also, try testing the sim card in another phone
if same, please submit ticket with CS agent by direct message here
