Even if you have Canada-wide calling in your plan, other people might end up paying long distance fees to call you.

Telus/Public Mobile does not offer phone numbers anywhere in Nanavut. Public Mobile will work there based on coverage maps, but that's likely because of the Bell Mobility presence in Iqaluit.

@DalembathYou can pick a 867 area code (Nunavut area code) by select NT-Yellowknife I think that's as close as you can get.

@Dalembath I don't believe you can, on the list of pick a number the only thing other than provinces is Yellowknife

I doubt you can get a phone# for Nunavut. You probably need to select the closest city/town. You could choose your city and province to get an area code. You can also select the option to customize the last 4 digits of your number.
