Is the number 306-xxx-xxxx currently available? Sasktel say they gave it back to Public Mobile when it was canceled.

You could contact customer service agent to check first

Expect 1-2 hour wait for response minimum.
However, if that number is available and you want that number back, you would need to activate new PM account and then ask CSA to assign you that number. It might be hard to select that number by yourself since the activation page offers four numbers at a time to choose from. Unable to search from a list of numbers. After you get that number, then you could do whatever you want. Remain a PM customer or port that number to another mobile company.

Ok, I can't find a way to look it up without signing up and paying for a new service. I may have to do that.

Are you a PM customer right now?
I called that number and it is not in service. Generally speaking, when an account is cancelled, the phone number will go back to the original carrier which first issued that number.
