Number transferring cost

I transferred my phone number to PM today, and I was charged about $50 within three times, two costs of $22.6 for subscription ($40/mo with 50% discount promotion), one of $5.65 for esim card. Is it correct? I thought I only needed to pay one cost of $22.6 for subscription. In addition, it shows it will charge me $40 and the tax next month, but I was told my subscription will be 50% discount of a $40/mo subscription for 2 years. It makes me very confused.

In addition, it was no service after the first time I installed the esim. In this purchase, I was told I did not need to pay if I chosen the esim. Actually, it did not work until I bought esim again in PM app.

A credit will be applied on your next month’s renewal date from what I understand.

hi @Chasen you will need to make sukl payment first for activation and will get the 50% discount as a credit after, usually within couple days

but sounds like you got charged way more, ask PM support agent to check
