Just got a new iPhone and transferred my number from Virgin to Public. Got the Virgin message and replied Yes. Then public mobile sent me a text saying that my number didn’t get transferred. But it’s working fine on my new phone and also on my old one.
Need help!!!! What do I do??

PM works fine on your phone, but you should be just able to make outgoing calls and not getting incoming. The incoming calls should still be going to your Virgin sim
try to call the number provided by the Oracle. But that line might not help sometimes. If that is the case, then message PM and ask them to check and complete the port
