Hi,
I requested the number transfer yesterday and wasn't able to reply to message to confirm the port out and it says that the request was expired.
Is there any direct number I can reach out to public mobile to re-initiate the port out?

@Hyunsuk There’s a number for live support that can re trigger the port request will send you it private message as we not allowed to post it here

What happens if you put the PM SIM card in the phone? You should be able to call out and text out. Unable to receive calls and texts if port is stuck.
I will private message you the Telus porting number.
