Number transfer issues

  • I transferred my existing phone number from another carrier after I activated with an eSIM which PM. Now it’s working fine but my phone and cellular number in the “settings “shows  the eSIM number which I activated before transferrer my old number. Anyone with same experience please help me out to fix it. I am using iPhone 15 . There is an option to edit it but it’s still not changed

Try the option I provided in my other reply.

If that does not help, if you have a dual SIM device, make sure your sim manager settings is set such that the correct SIM is indicated for the service you wish to use.
