Number transfer issue

Switched from virgin mobile prepaid to PM last week and can’t receive calls or texts only from selected numbers of different carriers, their calls go straight to voicemail and I don’t receive any notifications saying I missed a call or text

@Brando-ottis , when you did the number transfer, was there a confirmation text sent to your Virgin service requesting you to confirm the transfer.  If so, did you acknowledge?

Is it possible you have a do not disturb mode enabled? Also check your phone settings if you have silence unknown callers enabled. If it is on disable it.
