My Bell to Public Mobile number transfer is not possible because when I try to reply YES it says "cant deliver". I don't know why since it's only be 20 minutes. It seems like bell cancelled service before I could reply? My Bell line was a physical SIM, public is on esim. Can a support agent please port my number?

You need to contact Bell and get them to activate your account. Public Mobile can not help you in any way. Once your account is active with Bell, then PM can assist.
There are two options. There is a number you can call that is primarily used for Koodo and Telus but some have had success using it with Public Mobile porting issues. Please go to your inbox using this link to see the number as they don’t allow the number to be posted on the forums.

Alternativly, and according to Public Mobile CS Agents, since Public Mobile is a self serve service, they prefer you create a ticket. Here is a direct link on how to contact a CS Agent.

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.
