Number transfer and activation problem

I transferred my number to Public yesterday and confirmed the number transfer. My previous provider also confirmed it.

Now my Public SIM can only make outgoing calls and use data. I cannot receive calls or send/receive texts at all, and I never received a transfer-completed SMS from Public.

This is urgent — I’m currently unreachable, no one can call me or text me!
