I bought a sim card on friday, and got my number ported, but it didn't work. I can't recieve calls or texts.

I called them. They reset it. Said it takes about 45 minutes to work.

@Dale7 reboot your phone once and see if incoming calls coming
if not, please call the porting support team I sent you. They can confirm the porting status and advise further.

I replied yes to the text. I can't recieve incoming calls or texts.

@Dale7 Both lines need to be active to port successfully. Do you still have old providers SIM card ? And does it still work ?

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
