I requested my old number to be ported from Bell last week. The number shows on my profile page as my current phone number but the temporary PM number is still on my e Sim. If I swith the temporary number off I only have SOS call. If I try and transfer again it states the number is not available.
Any ideas to fix.

The tempoary number was removed from your account as soon as number porting was requested. Please use the chatbot to open a ticket for contacting a customer support agent.

@ARW66 check sim manger in phone settings and ensure the PM eSIM is enabled /primary and reboot the phone . If still no luck submit ticket with support
