Number porting only partially working

Ported from lucky mobile to public several days ago

Calls from cell phones seem t be going to new phone on public however calls from landlines and VoIP numbers are still going to old sim.  Been several days since I ported...how can I fix this?

@GRC1  I’ll send you the porting team number private message right away. Call them they can give status update on the port . Or re trigger it if needed
