Hi

I have an existing Public Mobile customer with my own phone number with Public Mobile. I was trying to port my wife’s number who was on Bell using my own Public Mobile app and it did port the number successfully however it overrode my account with her number. How do I get my number back and how do I get her her own number with her own eSIM? Please help

Thanks, I will try out this link. do you know by any chance if my original number would have been saved by Public Mobile as I was using it currently my phone is overwritten by my wife’s number which is active but I need my number back
