Ported from Virgin mobile, got the text to complete the number transfer request to restart my phone, but my old number is now "not in service" when called. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, seems like porting request in under process. It could take 1-2 hours to complete.

While that might be the case, I don't' know for sure as we are customers like you. As I've mentioned what I'd do is contact the service agent by clicking the following link; https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain them the situation. They will usually respond within 24 hours

Maybe the porting isn't fully complete yet. I would suggest direct messaging the service agent to check if there's any issue; https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437.

Wait about a couple of hours. If it's still the same, you will have to contact CS_Agent to reinitiate port. Only they can check the status. See the info in my signature on how to contact them.

@Todd21 Have you restarted your phone after number transfer was completed? Do you get service on your Virgin Sim?
