Hi there , I activated my new public mobile sim and ported a number from Koodo post pay.
My service activated on the new sim but even after 12 hours no one can call my number my phone only works for outbound calls and shows no caller ID . Koodo service had been canceled as I got confirmation.

The same thing happened to me today with 2 different phones, my Koodo service was cancelled but I still had no service with Public Mobile.
If you have an iPhone, go to Settings > General >Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
My phones starting working after that so I hope this helps!

People are reporting similar porting issues. Since Koodo and PM are the same company ask agent for assistance and clarification.
