Number invalid. And double charged

Trying to set up new account. Downloaded the app and signed up. Ordered the sim. Paid the first month charges. Sim arrived tonight. Tried to activate. Was charged again. Then my number was declared invalid. It is currently on Bell and has been on Sasktel. We are in the service area as the house phone is koodoo with 5 bars of service.  Help please. Thanks
