Have an active lucky mobile account with a number I would like to forward to public sim but I don't have the lucky sim card or phone just the open account

Call forwarding is a service provided by the carrier who possesses the phone number. Lucky Mobile is the carrier who needs to help with this. Call forwarding is usually access through your device's menus or by dialing a code. Unfortunately, most carriers will not allow a customer to initiate call forwarding by contacting customer service.

@Trashntitties You will first have to get new lucky SIM card with number attached , to port the number to public mobile , so when you start the port with public mobile you leave the active lucky sim in the phone so lucky sends you a confirmation text to transfer the number and you have to reply YES to that text from lucky mobile sim within 90 minutes of receiving the confirmation text . Once you have successfully ported number to public mobile it will automatically close your lucky account for you
