Number for an enterprise

Hi,

We are considering to use public mobile cell number for our enterprise (Clinique Traditions et Modernité).

1. Is it possible to set up that a person/patient we are calling can see name of our clinic via (or part of hame like Clinic TM etc)?

2. Do I need to do something special during registration an enterprise (not a person) on Public Mobile?

regards,

Alexander

@deyneko1 as others have mentioned, PM is definitely a personal-focused provider and not a good choice for business use.

In addition to the reasons already mentioned (support, invoicing), there is another big issue if you need multiple phone lines for your enterprise.  I'm not sure how many lines you need, but each line has to have it's own account and it's own login with a unique email address, billed separately, and there can be limitations around how many lines can be charged to a single credit card.  It's really meant for personal use, not for business.

At this time, unless Public Mobile increases staff levels, I also would not recommend this mobile company for business use.  Too risky in my opinion.  If your service goes down for any reason, you will not be able to get your service back for minimum 1-2 days.

As for name display, unlike Rogers and Fido, Public mobile does not have name display for their phone numbers.  Just the phone number will show up.

Not really through Public mobile, but through where you were hooked up with public mobile. Eg. i went to walmart mobile and had them change how my name was displayed on the caller ID. I would assume it would be similar if you wanted to change your name to an enterprise. (If I am correct in assuming it is jus the name you want displayed differently)

@deyneko1 I hate to say it but it is probably best you go to a second their provider rather than a third tier for a company phone.  The main reason is that there is a delay in resolving issues which if you look at the forums can be upto or longer than 48 hours.

Also it takes up to 39 days to receive an invoice once requested.
