Number didn't get ported. Says unable to port number now

I signed up yesterday and went through the activation process. I put my current phone number in and everything went through fine. I am able to use data and make calls. I can not receive calls. All calls go to my old phone/sim. I can still use data/phone on my old sim card as if I never signed up for PM. 

 

Would like to complete this process.

It sounds like you have a stuck port and will need the assistance of a moderator to finish the port and have your number fully active with PM.  Use this link: @CS_Agent, and send them a private message with your name, account number, old account number, name on old account, (from previous provider), phone number you are trying to port, and your PIN (if you have it) and they will get your account working correctly and complete the port-in.
