Number changed but want to get back to the previous number

I had tried to select the number change menu and tried to see numbers but submitted.

Is there any way to get back to the previous number again?

@yujieunyIt depends on what do you mean "previous" number, if your number came with you from porting when you opened a new account and the number is not originally from the Telus network, it goes back to the original provider.

@yujieuny It's possible to change number once every 30 days but You can't search for numbers by yourself.you can try to sent PM to MOD,MOD maybe be able to do It,good luck!

Do you mean your old number or a number to be selected as a new number. If its for the new number, I would say to keep asking self serve for more numbers until you find a good one.

That number may be selected by another PM customer.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you will be able to get the previous number back, but do get in touch with a moderator to see if they could retrieve it for you and it is still available.  Best of luck!
