Transferred number from Rogers. Received text from Rogers and responded yes. 2 days have gone by and still don't have incoming calls or outgoing and incoming texts. Data ok.

Any suggestions?

Are you able to send texts?  outgoing calls?

If stuck port, you should be able to send text and call out.  If not, your account was not set up properly and you likely will need to contact customer service agent.

@Mary49 - Does your rogers SIM card work still? If so, I will send you the porting number for live support, please make sure to reply YES and keep the Rogers SIM card inserted in your phone till it has no service.
