Hi,
The number I was given on June 1st is associated with another public account and therefore, I cannot receive any calls, but I am able to make calls. Please escalate this issue and either give me a new number or another solution, thanks.

You can change number yourself without needing to wait for moderarors. Go to selfserve.publicmobile.ca and click on the Plans and Add-ons section. From there, there is an option to choose a new phone number. Please be sure to ensure to select the correct city from which you wish to have a phone nunber for.
