Hi I'm wondering if there is a customer service phone number if you dont have any plans with public mobile yet.

PM has an online support only model.
So, if you have any issue with plan, you still need to submit ticket, but via private message. So, you will submit ticket by direct message:

no number to call, but you can open ticket
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
